Which are the Best Specialty Games?
My name is Juliana and I love CASINOS! There! There’s my undeniable truth that doesn’t make me unique or at least not in our online casino world, but once you state it in a public space, there is great freedom to write and talk about one’s favorite subject in the most joyful voice.
Over the past year, my dear good friend Maya opened an online casino account, (of course at Palace of Chance,) and she really started enjoying and even studying the art of gambling on a regular basis taking into consideration the odds, a monthly budget and above all, a recreational view on her new-found hobby.
Maya has been focusing on playing slot machines, Poker and Blackjack. Or better said, she has become a true pro at them; however, she recently called me to tell me her latest news: she was going to venture into the specialty areas of the casino. Yes, that forbidden side of the complicated games. I was thrilled to hear that, yet her emphasis on complicated made me give her some advice on the fact that specialty games are extremely fun. “Which ones are the best then?” she asked.
I made this list of my three favorite specialty games for Maya and anyone out there who has been staying away from this great fun. No need to do so anymore!
Craps
Craps is probably my favorite specialty game ever, even though it is sometimes perceived as being a difficult game to play. But believe me, once you get a hold on the rules, Craps becomes great fun whether online or at a Casino table. The way it works is that someone rolls the dice and players are paid out depending on what they bet on. The first roll of the dice is known as the Come-Out Roll. For the game to proceed, the roller must toss a 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10. If the Come-Out Roll isn’t lost, then whatever number was rolled is called the Point for the remainder of the game. The game continues until either the Point is rolled or a 7 is rolled. A new game features a new thrower and a new Come-Out Roll.
Keno
This game actually reminds me of the childhood thrill of playing board games, because if you can play bingo or the lottery, which we all played as kids, then you already know how to play keno. From a total of 80 numbers, you can select up to 15 numbers by marking your favorites. If you can’t decide which numbers to play, the software, if you play online, can select your picks for you. Once you lock in your bet, 20 numbers are drawn. That’s literally all there is to it.
American Roulette
Being the old fashioned woman that I am, I just can’t stop myself and talk about one of my favorite games ever. (Excuse my repetitive use of the word “favorite.” It’s always hard to really know what I enjoy the most when it comes to casinos.) American Roulette is a popular casino game played all over the world. The game consists of a spinning wheel and a small ball which revolves against the direction of the wheel. Inside the wheel there are 38 numbered slots in red and black colors. The game is all about the players, us, choosing the right number, color or group. The players place their bets on a particular number or a group of numbers either even or odd, or a color. And then, you just play and enjoy!
